The serrated knife is often called thebread knife (and who are we to argue, given 90% of the time we use it to slice through delicious crusty breads), but don’t let the name fool you.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old expensive (at the time) bread knife which, pardon me, just wasn't cutting it anymore. Especially sour dough. This knife is wonderful, has a good heft, and cut beautifully.
